Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends *FRIDAY + SATURDAY + SUNDAY, and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been packaged and label has been paid for, please monitor your tracking number sent to you via email used at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days within the UK and 3–15 business days for international orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and shipping label has been purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Item Protection
Please note that damages caused to cellophane wrappers / seals / packaging / boxes of your item is not covered for any damage protection, you are purchasing an item, and it’s interior contents, all care goes into packing your orders and ensuring a process is followed to lower the chances of items packaging being damaged, however in rare cases, delivery driver mishandling and or damages occurred in transit to the exterior packaging of an item, for example a shoe box, is not a valid reason for a replacement / refund, please DO NOT order if this is something your not willing to accept.
